Failed to install * .apk while waiting for the device. Launch canceled.

I read all the topics about this issue, but the answers mentioned in the streams do not work for me. Can I find out what the timeout problem is with the log file? Is it possible that there are drivers on my computer that have problems with adb? How does adb work in detail if I start the debugging process? Can someone help me with this problem? I spent 16 hours figuring out what the problem is, but the only thing I found out is that the problem has nothing to do with installing eclipse, the adt plugin, or installing Android-sdk. Something with the connection between the emulator or my real device is not working. If I create a new project and change only the application name or text in standard text form, the application can be run on devices. If I make more changes, for example, create a new layout or something else, the application will no longer work. I am very upset to find out what happened to adb, but so far I have been unlucky to solve the problem. Hope someone can help me and others with the same problem. thanks.

In eclipse, you can increase the latency. In Eclipse, go to Settings> In the dialog, select android> DDMS> increase the timeout value

you can also try restarting your phone or restarting adb server

adb kill-server adb start-server

this worked for me :) (increasing the timeout value did not work for me)
