IOS Developer Bundle ID and App Name Already Used

The company I work with created an application, we uploaded it to the application, and it was rejected for some metadata. Actually, it doesn’t matter, except that the management then decided to create a new version of the application, and we deleted the one that was presented.

So, when I go to add a new application, the same application, just a new version, I get an error

  • The already entered Bundle ID is already in use.
  • The name of the application you entered has already been used.

Is it possible to restore another application and somehow replace it, or do we just need to wait (how much?) To download a new one using the same package identifier and application name?

The answer is to create a new package identifier, update your application, and submit the new application with a slightly random name to Apple. No other options as far as I saw.

ITunes Connect has a bug or "trick" that allows you to use the same name after removing it.

I created my iOS application identifier and immediately after trying to register my application, but received the error message "The Bundle ID that you entered has already been used." I tried again a few hours later - by then, Apple had logged out of me, so I had to log in.

When I tried again, it worked without errors. Not sure if this was a temporary delay or logout.

bundleID is a unique identifier by which an application can be identified. If bundleID already exists, you first remove this bundle identifier.
