Maven: no market entries found to handle plugins for rollers, antrun and ears

I am importing a maven project into Eclipse. I have the m2e plugin installed and it points to maven 2.2.1 on my machine.

I get these three errors:

  • No Records Found in Marketplace for Movie-maven-plugin Processing: 1.0: Generate in Eclipse
  • No market entries found to handle maven-antrun-plugin: 1.1: run in Eclipse
  • No entries found in Marketplace for working with maven-ear-plugin: 2.3.1: generate-application-xml in Eclipse

Any resources provided are welcome.

You can define a custom build life-cycle mapping for these plugins and make m2eclipse fulfill specific goals during the Eclipse build.

This thread, https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=350414 , contains a discussion and, ultimately, a patch to make eclipse ignore connectors that it cannot find.

Most people in the stream find that the need for minimum consumption for a user-build problem lifecycle is problematic.
