IIS comes with Rapid-Fail Protection. By default, the application pool is configured to be disabled if an employee in the pool works 5 times in 5 minutes.

The thresholds of this parameter can be changed by right-clicking on the application pool, going to Advanced Settings and changing the Quick Failure Protection properties. However, this event indicates that your application is likely to have a serious problem that needs to be resolved.

I tensed up on this, and finally I decided.

Verify that the following parameter is specified in the Advance Settings in the application pool.

Application Pools> Default Application Pool> Right-click and select Presets.

And then check if the Enable 32-bit Applications option is set to False. He must be False

I decided to solve the above change.

This is a registry problem. This should help: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/885654

You may also need to add read / write permissions for the NT AUTHORITY \ NETWORK SERVICE service (or NT AUTHORITY \ SYSTEM or the account used by the application pool) to c: \ Windows \ TEMP.
