IOS error when starting without Xcode attached

I have a strange problem with my iOS app. When it runs through Xcode (Build and Run), everything works well. The application starts and everything works as expected.

However, if I try to open the application by clicking its icon as a user (via Springboard), the application will immediately work with crashlog below. This seems to indicate some kind of issue with the release of images, but I don't understand how this does not happen when debugging using Xcode.

Can anyone shed some light?

Edit: Talk with the Apple development team. The problem is that I used a makeshift plugin in my application that was not encoded (although I told Xcode to do this). However, Xcode 4.3.3 has an error that violates the code designation for packages, so we will see how this works out in the near future.

Launching the application may take too long. It is provided unlimited time when starting from Xcode, but it is not provided with this luxury when starting from SpringBoard.

Take a look at this for reference: https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/#qa/qa2009/qa1592.html

edit: Oh, how I got here ... it's two weeks.

It seems like this is still a problem with Xcode 4.5. As a workaround, it seems that you can force the assembly to sign the package.

Adding the following as the final run phase of Run Script for the package fixed for me:

codesign -fs "iPhone Developer" ${BUILT_PRODUCTS_DIR}/${FULL_PRODUCT_NAME}
