How to send SMS to Phonegap using Cordova documentation?

This is the next question of this , and I decided that we can access the built-in phone features in javascript using the Phonegap Documentation. I tried playing with the api notification and it worked very well, but could not find anything in the documentation about sending SMS messages. I met Phonegap-Start kit and SMSPlugin for Phonegap, but I don’t know how to integrate it with Phonegap-Start. In addition to this, I use build.phonegap.com to create my application, so I do not use eclipse for it, so the readme SMSPlugin file did not help.

Can this be done?

This is currently not possible.

It doesn't look like you can add your own plugins to Phonegap Build:

In addition, SMSPlugin has not been officially updated to work with Phonegap 2.0, but AFAIK.

You don’t need PhoneGap plugins for this, using html or js to open the sms: // link. On this page there is free documentation around the world (but not as officially as on the websites of developers of Apple, and on Google). There's a decent SO theme here, including how the syntax has changed for iOS 7 +.
