Celery as software for Ruby?

Is there something similar to Celery for Ruby? Does anyone have any experience with rcelery ? Is this a good choice for production?

Update: I came across a resque that looks like something that I can use for my task. Any additional suggestions are welcome!

There are many queue options in ruby.

Sidekiq → https://github.com/mperham/sidekiq
Resque, you got a link
DelayedJob → http://blog.leetsoft.com/delayed_job/

All of them are pretty much the same. So you just need to use the one that is more convenient for you to work with examples.
In my projects I used Sidekiq , the reviews about it are just awesome.

Here is a good comparison of Resque and Sidekiq. Resque vs Sidekiq?

Sidekiq uses threads, so there is significantly less memory than a Resque or delayed job. a flaw and a huge one, I think your employees SHOULD be thread safe, including any gems that you use in them. checking all the code that goes to workers to ensure thread safety is confident, as it can potentially debug competition in lower levels of libs, seg faults, etc.
