T4MVC, is it outdated? Still good? If not, what else to use?

People,

For today, should I introduce T4MVC into my project or use the strongly typed kindness from MvcContrib?

return RedirectToAction(MVC.MyController.MyAction());

or

 return RedirectToAction<MyController>(c => c.MyAction());

Trying to stick to the standard / core and stay up to date with the latest developments.

I know there is Q&A on this site, I am interested to know what is the last and largest, and not what it was 2 years ago.

Thanks in advance.

Both methods are acceptable today, and I have not heard that they could not be recommended. T4MVC has the advantage of working better, which is one of the reasons why these strongly typed helpers accepting lambda expressions are not actually part of the ASP.NET MVC kernel.
