Can we have app 2 at the same time on an Android device?

What I want to have is one application that runs on the main Android device and is displayed on the main device. And the second application runs on the main Android device and is displayed on another display device connected to the main device. This other display will have a touch screen.

** I mean that I have only one main Android device. And the other is just a display device, which is a touch screen (which will work as an auxiliary device for the main device). Both applications will work on the main Android device, only the display will be different. One will be displayed on the main device, and the other application will be displayed on the second display device. Please let me know if this is possible or not. And if so, what changes need to be made?

It is possible that you think. Basically you will have one application showing only on your main screen, and one application only works on a connected (possibly hdmi / mhl) monitor / display / TV.

The only thing you need is not common for all brands of Android devices.

Look at this link, for example, on Motorola:
