Is there a way in BB 10 to autostart the application when the phone starts? And if so, is it possible to reuse in the background when performing background processing, for example, to determine the location of gps or wifi? Thank you in advance.

Currently, you cannot run as a headless application in the background (i.e. you need a user interface) or autorun when the device boots.

If the user has launched your application, he may request work not yet in the foreground. It can also be launched through the push and invocation platform.
