Azure Website Trial Set to Limited

Question

We signed up for the 90-day free trial of Windows Azure and created 4 websites, 2 virtual servers, and 2 SQL databases. They have been working for about a month and work great.

Tonight I received a call from a user that none of them were working. So I went to the dashboard to find:

There is no clue in the “Limited” status, and I can not find anywhere in the trial description why they will be limited. Any ideas?

I have the same problem. There is no documentation anywhere, but I found this. I hope this is the reason. I am also in the western USA:
