Updating to version 2.15.2 cannot download statistics package

Running Ubuntu 12.04. finally updated from 2.12 to 2.15.2 today, and when I run R, I get this error.

Error in dyn.load(file, DLLpath = DLLpath, ...) : unable to load shared object '/usr/lib/R/library/stats/libs/stats.so': /usr/lib/liblapack.so.3gf: undefined symbol: ATL_chemv During startup - Warning message: package 'stats' in options("defaultPackages") was not found

Does anyone else have this problem or do you know how to fix it?

You should remove libopenblas-base
