Planning for publishing on Google Play in the Android Market

I have an application published on the Google Play store (version 1), and I planned to upgrade it to version 2 soon. I already downloaded the updated APK, but I do not want to publish the new version in the store until January 1 at midnight (contents in the updated application refers to 2013.) I would rather not enter Midnight on New Year's Eve to do the manual publication. Is there any functionality that allows me to schedule automatic publishing to the Google Play store at this date and time?

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

No, there are no such features on Google Play.
