In MS Outlook, report all sent messages that did not receive replies

I send a lot of letters every day and often can’t keep track of which of them really get the answer.

Is it possible to use a VBA script to view all sent messages in the last week and check if they received replies?

In particular, a report of sent emails that have not yet received replies to them from at least one of the addresses to which they were sent.

I know a bit of Excel VBA, but I don't know where to start from this ... or if possible.

Ideas?

As Jez suggested, look at the message ID of the sent message (you can access it using MailItem.PropertyAccessor), then you can try to find the corresponding message in the Inbox by reading the PR_TRANSPORT_MESSAGE_HEADERS property (again, use MailItem.PropertyAccessor, property will contain the MIME headers from the main body of the MIME message) and the extraction of the "In-Reply-To" and "References" headers.
You can see the corresponding properties along with your property tags and DASL names in OutlookSpy (click the "Message" button).

I know that you can track whether it has been read / received. follow this guide or others for your version of Outlook
