ASIHTTPRequest; installation problems

Question

I am trying to install ASIHTTPRequest and I am having problems with libxml / HTMLParser, xmlsave, xpath and xpathInternals are missing. I have already enabled the libxml2.2.7.3 framework and have been following the email on my website.

any suggestions?

Please note that you followed the instructions for the letter, although I do not see libz.1.2.3.dylib in your post or in your comments. Are you sure you have libz.1.2.3?

Please note that this is not the same as libbz2 or libxml2. If you filter out dylibs, it is right at the bottom.

Adjust the header search paths to: ${SDK_DIR}/usr/include/libxml2 , as described in the special instructions for ASIWebPageRequest at: allseeing-i.com/ASIHTTPRequest/ASIWebPageRequest

Make sure you put "$ (SDKROOT) / usr / include / libxml2" in the header search path inside the build settings of your project.

Follow the instructions for setting up ASIHttpRequest :

Click the Build Phases tab, expand the Link Binaries to Libraries field, and click the plus button.

... etc.

ASIWebPageRequest is not required unless you specifically need it, in fact it is currently experimental. If you want to use it, you need to add the libxml framework.
