Trying to get regular expression (Javascript).

Input: url.html?id=14114&yolo=hahaha Output: id=14114 yolo=hahaha 

So here is what I have done so far: (\&|\?)(.*?)\=(.*?)

How to enable red circled areas?

How about this template:

 (\?|\&)([^=]+)\=([^&]+)
