The executable was signed with invalid privileges (0xE8008016)

I don’t know what is going on! I have to duplicate the application, so I renamed it, changed the border and reworked all the application identifier and certificates. I compile it and it returns "The executable was signed with invalid permissions." The rights specified in your "Signature of application signature codes" files do not correspond to those specified in the security profile. (0xE8008016). "

I looked for it and only found something in the Entitlements.plist file, but I don’t understand what it is and if it is useful: I try to add it to my project, but it seems that I can add the value “get -task-allow” , because it seems that this is already so, but I do not find it ... In other words, this is a mess, and I do not know what to do.

Can anyone advise me?

Update . I updated the Provisioning profiles in the organizer and now it returns a new error and it no longer compiles: error with a code sign: The Provisioning profile 'xxx' could not be found. Is it better or worse? Update . I changed the profile again at the starting point.

I ran into this problem. I had an application that I was able to deploy to my iphone (5.0) from xcode. After upgrading my phone to version 5.1, I could no longer use it because my xcode was out of date. After upgrading xcode to 4.3.2, my phone was available, but trying to deploy led to the "rights" error you mentioned. I solved this by going to my Apple developer account and updating my provisioning profile to enable my “new” phone. I did this with my iphone connected to my mac. Therefore, apparently, updating my phone to 5.1 leads to the fact that it will be a new device if the provisioning profile is completed.

I am very new to iOS development, so maybe I don’t know what I'm talking about, but a number of steps above fixed this error for me. Hope this helps!
