How can I automatically convert MySQL DDL to Oracle DDL?

I know that my question sounds a bit like a purchase request, but I honestly believe that many people may find it useful.

I was looking for an automatic tool that converts a data definition language from a MySQL dialect to an Oracle dialect, and vice versa. I found "SQL Fairy", but I could not start it; probably because I am not familiar with PERL.

Is there a free tool for Windows that converts MySQL DDL to Oracle DDL?
