Windows 7 shortcut for services and viewing various services in windows

  • What is a shortcut for services in Windows 7?

  • I can access services in two ways:

but. Launch the task manager> click the services tab
    b. Windows Explorer - right-click "Computer" - "Management" - "Services and Applications" - "Services"

With option b, I can start and stop services, but with option a, I cannot

So what is the difference between the two? Are there any shortcuts for option b?
