Permanent SPF Permanent Error: Too Many DNS Queries

I have configured SPF and TXT recording. When I check the syntax of the SPF record. This indicates a permanent PermError SPF error: too many DNS lookups.

v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com include:netcore.co.in ~all

And my letters also get into SPAM.

1) I am on shared hosting, I have no configured IP and DKIM. In fact, I do not send emails with words that trigger spam. Since I am on shared hosting. Is it possible for others on a shared hosting to send emails, as a result of which my letters fall into SPAM.

2) I use netcore.co.in to send mass mail . and google.com to send emails from gmail. And I set up MX records correctly. I mentioned Google MX records, but not netcore.net MX records. I am using the free sendgrid smtp server to send emails from my java web application. which I did not mention in the spf record. SPF record causes spam problems.

You should take a look at this question that I answered a few weeks ago:

Too many DNS queries in SPF record

You receive only 10 DNS queries for SPF (this part of the protocol). Two searches are automatically performed to get your TXT records and the actual SPF record. Without doing actual math (I will leave this to you as an exercise), you freeze in the region of 13-14 searches. You need to either consolidate the SPF records in one, or delete one of these services. (For example, SendGrid allows you to do both transactional and bulk mail under one set of IP addresses, so you can completely disable netcore or gmail).

As for your spam problem, you should contact SendGrid support ( http://support.sendgrid.com ), which should not happen to you, and they can help you fix and fix the problem.

Another option is to use an SPF proxy service, for example spfproxy.org. It disguises all searches for proxies that do this in the background. It only takes a couple of minutes to set up. =
