How to prevent scroll delay on Safari Mobile (iPad)?

I have a simple html5 page with 3 divs inside. If I allow only the third div to scroll, I get some serious delays and sensitivity to touch, this is strange. Any ideas?

<html> <body style="overflow:hidden"> <div> BLA1 </div> <div> BLA2 </div> <div style="overflow: auto;"> BLA3 overflow is here </div> </body> </html>

Well, thanks to iScroll4, I got a new trick for iPad Web Developpers. It seems to work better with this CSS:

 overflow-y: scroll; overflow-x: hidden; -webkit-overflow-scrolling: touch;

So far this lag is like hell:

 overflow: auto;

Use iscroll 4 http://cubiq.org/dropbox/iscroll4/examples/simple/ , this will give a better solution
