The source code of the plugin registration tool

In version 5.0.13, the source code of the plugin registration tool is not available inside the CRM 2011 SDK (the executable is located inside the bin folder)

Since Microsoft uses only the latest version, the source code is no longer available.

Does anyone have a download link for SDK 5.0.12?

I asked this question in StackOverflow because this source code is a good example for some of the posts available for CRM 2011.

The Microsoft SDK link is only the latest and best version ... I have a SDK version 5.0.6 SDK with which I am happy to share here
