Mobile backend starter missing from cloud console

Question

I wanted to try the Android cloud app according to this guide:

However, after creating the project in the Cloud Console, I don’t see the panel described in step 6 with the “Expand” button. https://developers.google.com/cloud/samples/mbs/images/deploy.png

Is the textbook not updated? Where can I find more fresh?

Here's how I found the MBS console:

After some conversation, I realized that the App Engine console (appengine.google.com) provides access to the MBS console indicated in the "Custom" header in the left list of links.

BTW: I needed this to implement the solution posted here: stack overflow
