Attachment block library vc11_ui?

I recently downloaded TBB41_20130613 (the current version for Windows at this time), and I noticed that there are folders for the vc11 and vc11_ui bin / lib folders. As far as I can tell, both have the same libraries (file names are the same), but they are clearly different from each other (different file sizes). I did not find the links in the documentation or through Google, what is the difference between them.

What is the difference between the two? When should I use one over the other, or should I refer to both at the same time?

These (vc11_ui) are binaries for creating Windows storage applications. More information can be found on the blog here .
