Android how to sign my apk with google license key

I need to sign my APK , and the Google market will provide me with a key that is something like

YOUR LICENSE KEY FOR THIS APPLICATION Include the RSA public key Base64 encoded in your binary file. Remove all spaces. MIIBIjANBgasdfasdfdaskqhkiG9w0BAQEadfadfasdFAAOCAQ8AMIIBCgKCAQEAuacIf ........

How can I sign my APK with this key and how to include this key in my binary?

I had the same question. Finally, it turned out that the RSA public key on the Dev-Console is designed to be "licensed." This means that the application can use the key to request if the user has a valid and valid license to use your application or services in it. This is completely different from signing apk.

I also like how the original poster asked what to do with the lisence key created by the developer console on my way to publish on the Google Play store.

While all of the above posts show how to export and create keystore, etc. in Eclipse or from the command line, none of them respond to what the fingerprint key that Google offers. Do I need to add it somehow? I don’t see a way to specify the Google key generated as a “license key” in the Google Play Developer Console, and NOTHING tells me HOW to bind this key to my application.

I already know how to export a signed application using eclipse, but which does not have a Google Play key. If someone can point me in the right direction, this is much appreciated.

OK, I get it. The license key is not related to the signing of your application and is intended for licensing purposes in your application.

The Android Developer site has a great step-by-step guide to signing apps here .

When you see that you have a key, you just need to create a password-protected key store " .keystore " file using the displayed keytool here . This will force you to enter all the details that Android requires for a signed application.

You can check other answers here and here .

Eclipse makes exporting easier by right-clicking on your project and selecting "Android Tools> Export Signed Application Package".

Good luck
