Good free HTML templates for system documentation?

I need to write some system documentation, and my preferred format is HTML (rather than, say, a Word document). Does anyone know any good, free HTML templates suitable for this?

I am looking for something that has a clean, beautiful look and typography, with predefined styles for tables of contents, headings, sections of code, etc.

Twitter Bootstrap looks like my best option, but maybe there is something even more ready for system documentation of websites / pages?

If you like bootstrap, you can use Bootswatch, it adds color to your website. http://bootswatch.com/
