I just started a new job, and their code management is an undisciplined mess. This is usually normal, and I can handle it, but in this place it is ridiculously bad.
They use TFS ... I can do nothing about it. There is no way to introduce git, but I read about git -flow, and I wondered if there is a set of tools that can control branching and patching, like git -flow, using the TFS tools out of the box.
At least, I would be grateful that it was aimed at any documentation, practice, cheat sheets, etc. that make the task of training a team of programmers better to use source control. This is more than just a software problem; it is also a heart and a mind.
