Linux lists all mounts

I know that mount and df contains a list of all mounts. But I would like to indicate a list of monsters that could not be installed at boot time. How to get them?

There is no such command, since there is no list of "mount attempts". You can compare the current mount list ( /etc/mtab ) with the list of registered shares that will be installed ( /etc/fstab ).

Alternatively, you can try grep through syslog files to find failed mount attempts.

You can use mount -a to mount all mount points defined in fstab .

If there is any kind of mounting errors, you will receive a warning. If the mount point has already been mounted successfully, the command will do nothing with this mount point.

Mount errors should appear in dmesg .
