How to perform incremental search in Atom editor?

How can I do incremental searches (similar to Sublime Text Cmd-F or Cmd-I) in the Atom GitHub editor?

find-and-replace is one of the core Atom packages. You can enable incremental search by updating the settings for this package. Check the "Scroll to Real-time" checkbox and, if necessary, change the minimum real-time search characters (default is 3).

An incremental search package is now available: https://atom.io/packages/incremental-search

It seems to be modeled after an incremental search in Emacs.
