Google Developer Console: How do I view all ratings in a review list?

In the Google Play Developer Console, I can currently only see user reviews that have reviews submitted with the rating. But I do not see those with only a rating (no review).

I can see some of them through the Play Store itself (by clicking the ALL REVIEWS button on the application page). But this does not display all the submitted reviews.

So, is there a way to view all the reviews submitted by users?

The list of reviews in the developer's console shows the rating if there is some specific feedback (in words), and not just the star rating. If not, can you always look at the ratings with different stars from above? Don't know why you need it on the list?

The only reason I can think about it is to know who gave you how many stars in the ratings. This is apparently impossible.

Ratings without text viewing can be seen through the PlayStore on your phone. It only appears on Google Play on the phone (and not on the tablet). And you will see only the ratings indicated in your current region. Go to the page of your application, expand the ratings, do not order by date (otherwise the ratings left without comments will not appear, I think this is a mistake) and start scrolling down.

Use gsutil to view all ratings. Just download all ratings as described, the associated csv file will contain direct links to reviews. You will be able to see details such as username, device used, application version, etc. - and you can answer them!

UPDATE: Google will no longer export links to reviews without comment starting November 3, 2015. There were no reasons.
