How to convert a web page (html, css, js) to an Android application

I want to create an application for Android 4.4 that downloads and launches a web page offline. I want to play this modified 2048 game ( http://sanchit18.imtqy.com ) on a nexus-5 device as an application. How to do it using eclipse adt or android studio?

In addition, the web page displays graphics correctly, but the images in the tiles do not display correctly when run on a mobile device in a web browser. How to fix this? Please help with these two queries.

You can use webview . WebView allows you to display web pages as part of your activity layout.

PhoneGap is currently probably the most efficient way to convert a webpage into an application. It is open source and creates applications for each platform, not just Android.

For this purpose, I used Phonegap a lot, and in the past I would recommend it.

Unfornutaley Phonegap has an important flaw: whenever a Phonegap security update is issued, Google Play requires updating your application. If you wrote a lot of applications (like me), the need to recreate them all (3 times in the last 2 years) is quite annoying. Therefore, I would recommend Webview instead.
