Chrome: // tracing - paint tracing in Chrome

I stumbled upon this short video about tracking paint operations in Chrome Canary

I tried all the options and I can not get to these brilliant features.

1. Paints (pictures):

The video is already 1 year old (this is from April 2013).

Are these features available?

If so, how to get to them?

I managed to show layers and snapshots using the following settings. Please note that in the left panel the full set of parameters is not displayed in the screenshot, however, the only element that is marked in the left panel is "gpu". All options in the right pane are visible. Fewer settings possible:

My version of Chrome is 36.0.1985.125 (Official Build 283153)
