Bluetooth: transferring a call from the original Android phone to the audio creation kit?

I am trying to create an application in which I can transfer my call from an Android phone ( SOURCE ) to a sound development kit ( CSR 8670 Development-Kit as SINK ) .. I can transfer audio through the A2dp profile, but to transfer the call I need to enable HFP in which I still run into a problem. Is there a way to transfer a call either via the Bluetooth Hands-Free profile or through the A2dp profile?
