Beta testing with internal testers for iOS 8

I'm having trouble setting up a beta test using internal testers using iTunes Connect and TestFlight.

I added users as internal testers in iTunes Connect, but how can I distribute the application for them? Inside Xcode, I did not find the ability to distribute to beta testers.

In response to the @haupman problem.

It seems that trying to install while accepting the invitation in the gmail application on the iOS device will not always work.

The workaround was to send an email to an address that was synchronized with the iOS mail application, and then click on the links from the inside.

As Fluffhead said, the Gmail application will not work because it opens a Chrome link for that link, which does not make sense.

Two options for accepting an internal tester invitation in a mail from iTunes:
1) Use iOS Mail to click the link in the mail, then iOS Mail will automatically open Safari.
2) If iOS Mail is not available, copy the link and paste it into Safari. For example, you can use Gmail to click a link, copy the link in Chrome, and paste it into Safari.

His problem with Gmail is definitely.

Forward an invitation to one of your mailIDs configured on your Mail app on your iOS device.

Open the link now from the apple mail application.

Now the link works.
