ITunes Connect Send to View Error

I used Xcode 5.1 to successfully load my build into iTunes. When I go to the "preerelease" page on iTunes connect, I see that my assembly appears (although it says inactive ). When I go to the "Versions" page, I see a button that says:

"Click + to add the assembly before submitting the application"

I clicked it and selected the assembly I just downloaded. However, after I clicked "Submit for viewing", the page read:

"You must submit your assemblies using Xcode 5.1.1 or later, or Application Loader 2.9.1 or later. After you submit the assembly, select it in the Lines section below."

I have no idea what is going on.

I turned on TestFlight Beta Testing for the build and added two users. But the error continues to appear.

How to get around this error?

I think that when in preliminary order we need to wait for the completion of processing, we can select it as an assembly. It seems slower than how they did it.

ITunes Connect does not seem to like inactive builds. I solved the problem after nupac's answer by doing the following:

  • In xcode, I changed the build version, not the application version, so I could send the application again
  • Archive Generated
  • Confirmation of archive before sending
  • Send archive
  • While the build was still “Processing,” I returned to the new version of iTunes Connect apps page.
  • Select a new assembly and submit it to view.

Greetings
