(Automatically) migrate your CodePlex project to GitHub

Question

I am thinking of moving my projects from CodePlex to GitHub.

What is the best way to migrate everything (wikis, problems, etc.) from CodePlex to GitHub?

Does anyone know a tool for this?

The most expensive part is to migrate all the wiki pages and add a link to their new home.

It seems that there is no existing tool to automate the process:

exporting problems with Codeplex ( API has been in demand since 2010 ), although import to GitHub can be automated using the GitHub API
exporting the Codeplex widget page, although importing will be as simple as adding a text file to the Git repository since the GitHub wiki is in the Git repo .
In addition, the layout format of the Codeplex widget is not standard, as shown in the Wiki Markup Guide - Links and Files section.
Some conversion is necessary to fit GFM (GitHub Flavored Markdown ).
