Imported project "C: \ Program Files (x86) \ MSBuild \ Microsoft \ Portable \ Microsoft.Portable.CSharp.targets" not found

When compiling, I get this error

The imported project "C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft\Portable\Microsoft.Portable.CSharp.targets" was not found.

If I comment on this, I get

The <TargetFrameworkIdentifier> for a portable project must be .NETPortable.

Any idea what this is? Where should he go?

In addition, it is strange that the portable directory in the first error does not exist at all on my hard drive. Does anyone know how to get it back? It is also on my main PC ...

This happens with any version of VS (13 and 15), and I even uninstalled and reinstalled VS.

VS Installation logs also showed that he could not find the portable class to update it, and then could not update it. This, as I thought, is directly related to the lack of a portable directory. Is there another reason for this. I will try to get the installation logs with an error.

After viewing the log file, a registry error message appears.

thanks
