Unable to move tabs in PHP Storm

Question

I am trying to drag the navigation tabs to new positions (and also to another screen) in the editor in PHP Storm - I used to do this, but now it will not allow me.

Does anyone know what is going on here? I am in EAP and switch between it and stable release.

[edit] I went to settings and settings and checked the settings related to the tabs, still not happy.

I had the same problem and for me it was "Drag-n-drop with alt pressed." I had to turn it off. You can only find it with "ALT"
