How to sort rows by one of the columns?

I have a table in which I tried to sort the rows by column D:

before

So, I selected the column and clicked Data> Sort> Current Selection> OK. The result is the following:

after

This is not what I want because

  • he modified the cells in column D. Previously, there was only one cell with 229, after there were a lot of them. Maybe this is because I applied the filter before (see Missing line rows to the left)?

  • it didn't actually sort the rows, just the cells in column D (Sorting did not apply to other columns)

So how can I sort the rows?

This is necessary to remove this question from the list of unanswered questions, since it (the question in the header) answers in the comments.

TL; DR: (1) Select everything to sort the lines, (2) the filter problem mentioned in the description: fuzzy; the question is closed (offer to check ask.libreoffice.org).
