Submitting iOS app using xcode beta?

My iOS app is almost complete, but I read about quick performance improvements in xcode 6.3 and wanted to take advantage. If I use the latest xcode but compile my application for iOS 8.1 (publicly available), will I have problems sending my application?

The application must be compiled with the release version of Xcode .

I have already used Xcode 6.3 Beta, and it does not allow me to go to the Appstore.

I would not recommend using the beta version of Xcode if you plan to release your application in the near future.

EDIT: You should be able to use the GM version.

I won’t swear this time, but in the past Apple has always demanded that views be compiled with the most recently released (non-beta) toolchain

The only exceptions were that the old tool chain was used for a short period after release (several months) and allowed the beta tool chain to be used for early submissions aimed at major new iOS releases (7.0, 8.0, not 8.1)
