How to implement a placeholder user interface as a launch screen

I was looking for a way to implement a launch screen. Finally, I found the best possible solution that Ian Lake posted here . However, it explains how to implement a proprietary startup screen , not a placeholder user interface . You can see the difference here .

I need the placeholder user interface because it doesn’t take much time for my application. This is almost the same as the normal launch screen, only with the help and the added toolbar. I did everything necessary, I just need to know what the list of layers should look like. It will consist of the upper shape of the primary color and the gradient below.
