Adding Reviewer to GitHub Pull Request

In the bitpack, I can add reviewers to the pull request, indicating that I would like them to view the request. How can I do the same on github?

The only thing I see is " Assignee ", which is intended for one person only. Do I need to ping them in the draft request message and / or PR comments?

Since December 2016, there is a more integrated way to notify the people you want to view your PR.
See " Submitting View Requests "

Now you can request a report explicitly from the co-authors, which will simplify the determination of who you want to view the pull request.

You can also see the list of people you expect from viewing in the sidebar of the request request page, as well as the status of reviews from those who have already left them.

Yes, on Github you can assign PR to one person. And if you want to notify more people, mention them in the comments.
