Can I change the arcanite / differential pattern?

I am trying to set up an instance of phabricator, and I believe that changing the default template for arcanists when we use arc diff can be very useful for the team.

Actually the template contains this text:

I am looking for Google to find a way to change this default template, but I cannot find it ...

Is there any way to personalize this template?
