mareko published the third option, which seems to work very well and is much easier than messing with all this stuff in line and character style. I am going to leave this answer for completeness, but Mareco is much more practical in general.
Yes, but unfortunately there is no drag and drop or anything like that. You have 2 options:
OPTION 1
Move your return to a new line:

obviously, you can leave it like that, but if you want to keep return on the same line as if , you can just remove the new line and the spaces between if and return - the breakpoint should stick to return when it moves.
This is probably an easier way to do this if you are not currently debugging code that for some reason has no editing or continuation. In this case, you will need option 2 ...
OPTION 2
Alternatively, you can place the cursor just before r in 'return', and then look in the status bar to see which character ("Ch") you are on. In my case, I am at 20

right click on the breakpoint and select "Location ..."

In the dialog that appears, set Character: to any status bar (20 in our example).
