Angular2 -fullcalendar is not an NgModule. Unexpected CalendarComponent directive

In recent versions of Angular-cli angular2 -fuullcalendar does not work due to:

"ERROR in CalendarComponent is not NgModule"

In the browser, I found the following message: "Error: Unexpected" CalendarComponent "directive"

I had the same error in my own libraries. Please check the following message and solution:
