How to transfer custom camera from iOS app to watchOS app?

I searched the Internet high and low to find a solution. WatchOS has the ability to use the camera app from the iPhone and transfer it in near real time to the camera’s watchOS app. How is this possible, since I have a camera application that should display the camera view in the watchOS application.

From what I can say, WatchConnectivity.framework not fast enough to simulate real-time streaming of images as a watchOS camera application. (I really doubt that they have a screen with a camera screen shot on several images and displayed as WKInterfaceImage on a watch.) Does anyone have any suggestions? Is an apple using its own private API for streaming an iOS camera to watchOS? I am very surprised that no one has studied this functionality in depth.

I'm also upset that Apple allows its chat apps to open their iOS hosting apps, but we will not let developers do the same. (But this is for another argument. :()

Thanks in advance for your answers / suggestions. Something helps.
