SQL Server 2016 Express Management Studio cannot create a new or existing table

Question

In Microsoft SQL Server 2016 Express Management Studio (July 2016), you cannot create a new or existing table.

Image 1: click on node tables. Where is the menu option to add a new table?

Image 2: Click on an existing table. Where is the menu option for editing an existing table?

If you uninstall the July version and reinstall the June edition , everything will return to “normal” for you. However, you are losing support for Azure.
