SUDDENLY directives are not recognized in @Component

Question

For some reason, the directives property for @component metadata @component not recognized, red is underlined ..

Unable to load the results of my components, screaming the browser console:

'account-transactions' is not a known element:

Truly appreciating any help, it seems, will not be able to understand what is happening.

I assume you upgraded to RC.6

directives and pipes are deprecated in RC.5 and removed in RC.6

Use instead of declarations in @NgModule()
