SStab does not display correctly on different OS

I am working on an old VB6 application on Windows 10. I am currently trying to run the application on Windows 10 and I am encountering some problems. One of them is the control of SSTab. See image below:

The style, Orientation tab, all properties are identical, but, as you can see, the text in Windows 7 looks correct against Win 10. It seems to float to the left, and when it is selected, one of S seems to be clipped to the top and added to the second line.

Anyone have an idea?

Try to choose Win 7 for the compatibility version part. There is a set of PC applications from MS that allows you to set thousands of compat parameters, and not just a few common ones in this compatibility dialog box https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=7352
