Chrome does not load new styles after css update

Since last week, I got confused by a strange problem related to Chrome version 54.0.2840.71 on OSX. Somehow after updating CSS new styles do not load after updating the page.

Styles do not load after a hard update (CMD + Shift + R) when viewing in incognito mode.

This does not happen in Firefox or Safari. Does anyone else have the same problem or know how to fix this?

This can help. Open the developer tools in a browser, then right-click the chrome update button. A menu will open. Select an empty cache and reboot.

If this also does not work, close the browser and try after restarting.

Also look at chrome: // appcache-internals / for your page, if there are some caches, just delete those caches associated with your page.
